TL;DR

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Customer covers return shipping (and any non-recoverable processing fees).
  • Damaged or defective? Use our Order Support Form within 14 days — photos required, no need to ship it back.

Do not send items to the manufacturer. Start with us.

What’s eligible

  • Items in original condition (unworn/unused, unwashed, unscuffed; original packaging where applicable).
  • Return/exchange requests made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges for a different size/color when available.

What isn’t

  • After 14 days.
  • Not in original condition.
  • Made-to-order, personalized, or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Orders with incorrect addresses entered at checkout (see “Shipping & Delivery”).

Start a return or exchange (not damaged/defective)

  1. Email orders@vervecreative.studio within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item, and the reason.
  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and conditions.

📦 Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer or fulfillment facility without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted (use the form)

When the universe hiccups, we fix it fast.

  • Submit the Order Support Form within 14 days of delivery.
  • Have ready: order number, photos of the issue, and a quick note on what went wrong.
  • We’ll offer a free replacement (shipping included) or a full refund—your call.

For defects, we don’t require returns. Photo evidence is enough.

Cancellations (before production)

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can cancel it. If it has, we’ll try to intercept—but no promises. If we can’t stop it, standard return options apply once it arrives. We’ll always aim to prevent waste.

How our products are made

We design it; our print-on-demand partners produce it closest to you for speed and sustainability wins.

Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment: typically 3–7 days before shipment.

Transit time estimates:

  • USA: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 7–10 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

You’ll get a tracking link via email when your order ships.

Customs & duties (international)

Your country may assess customs/VAT. These fees are not included in our prices and are collected by your local customs office.

“Where is my order?”

Before writing us, please:

  • Re-check your shipping confirmation for address typos.
  • Ask your local post office.
  • Check with a neighbor/building office.

If that fails, email orders@vervecreative.studio with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

Address issues

If an order is undeliverable or returned due to an address error, we can reship after verifying the correct address; you’ll cover re-fulfillment + shipping.

Refunds—how & when

  • For eligible returns received in original condition, refunds go to the original payment method (minus original shipping and any non-recoverable processing fees).
  • For damaged/defective items processed via the Order Support Form, you get a full refund or free replacement.

Once we issue a refund, banks can take up to 20 days to post it (they like a dramatic pause).

Exchanges—size/color

Email orders@vervecreative.studio within 14 days to request a swap. We’ll confirm availability and give you the fastest route (exchange or return + re-order).

Pro tip: Check size charts on product pages to nail the fit upfront.
