How to Get Started?
Getting started with us is simple! We’ve designed a streamlined process to ensure we fully understand your business needs and deliver a customized solution that works for you. From an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, to the creative brief that dives deeper into your vision, every step is carefully crafted to bring your project to life. Whether it’s gathering detailed insights during the client intake or polishing up your strategy in the project breakdown, we’ve got you covered. Once you’re ready to roll, we’ll officially kick off the project with our onboarding process and a signed contract. Let’s go!
STEP 2
CLIENT INTAKE
Complete the intake forms provided in the Initial Consultation for the selected services. These questions help us better understand your business and guide your project. It allows us to itemize any additional needs and create an accurate proposal.
STEP 4
PROJECT BREAKDOWN
Based on the information received from the intake and creative brief, we’ll dive into your current strategy, dust off the cobwebs, and sprinkle some glitter on it—metaphorical glitter of course, unless you’re into that sort of thing. From there, we’ll whip up a digital proposal with a detailed project timeline for your review.
STEP 5
PROJECT KICKOFF
Once the contract is signed and we’ve received the 25% deposit, we’ll kick off the client onboarding process and get your project rolling.
We manage projects using Microsoft 365 Teams, Planner, and Project. A sneak peek of your client portal will be included in the proposal. For design proofs, we rely on Adobe Creative Cloud.
