We collaborated with Twenty40 Real Estate + Development to create the brand and visual identity for Twenty40 Companies. The tagline for their flagship company Twenty40 Building Concepts is “Building for the Future”. Rookwoods Estates 4-phased residential development is the area’s first of its kind, featuring Solar-Ready, SMART homes with various price points, sizes, and styles. As a brokerage of the future and as part of Twenty40 Companies larger mission, Twenty40 Real Estate + Development leverages technology for market research and various tools to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
The logo was designed to be clean, simple and minimalist. This helps to differentiate Twenty40 from local real estate agencies, construction and development companies.
